Terms of Engagement

Teacherz is an education brand of CirqEd Dynamics Private Limited. These Terms govern access to Teacherz websites, platforms, Learning Solutions, digital services, courses, resources, applications and subscriptions.

Teacherz provides six connected Learning Solutions: eAcademe, TeachCraft, TeacherzVault, EduBlueprint, TeacherzOS and TeacherzApps. TeacherzOS Campus is an institutional extension of TeacherzOS. Teacherz may add, modify, combine, rename or discontinue features, programmes, applications or services as the ecosystem evolves.

Certain services require an account. You are responsible for accurate information, protecting login credentials, authorised account use and promptly reporting suspected compromise.

Where a learner is a minor, a parent, guardian or responsible adult may be required to provide consent, make payments, manage enrolment or interact with Teacherz on the learner's behalf.

Course availability, curriculum, mode, tier, frequency, duration and schedule vary by product. Teacherz may offer Live teacher-led learning, Pulse self-paced learning and Hybrid learning combining scheduled teaching and self-paced learning.

Your purchase applies only to the plan, variation, tier, duration and service selected at purchase.

Teacher on Demand and similar services are subject to teacher availability. Matching begins after successful payment and may take up to the period displayed at purchase.

If Teacherz cannot match an eligible request within the stated window, any applicable automatic refund is handled according to the service terms shown at purchase and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once matched and a live-session link is issued, the user should join promptly.

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party providers. Prices, taxes, discounts and promotions displayed at checkout apply to that transaction. A purchase is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.

Teacherz does not store complete payment-card credentials where processing is handled by an external payment provider.

Services may use recurring or fixed-period subscriptions. Duration, start date, renewal terms and expiry are displayed at purchase or in the user account. Where renewal or extension is available, the applicable period is added according to the selected plan and confirmed payment.

Digital resources may include lesson plans, worksheets, presentations, assessments, teaching tools, learning materials and templates. Access does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

Unless expressly permitted, users may not redistribute, resell, publicly upload or share protected files, remove notices, or reproduce content for commercial distribution.

Approved creators may contribute content to TeacherzVault or other services. Unless otherwise agreed, creators retain ownership of original content while granting Teacherz rights necessary to host, display, distribute, promote and facilitate access through the relevant platform.

Creators are responsible for ensuring uploaded material does not violate copyright, privacy or other third-party rights.

TeacherzOS and TeacherzApps may provide dashboards, collaboration tools, analytics, learning utilities, content tools, AI-enabled features, communication functions and other digital services. Availability may vary by product, role, plan, tier, institution or subscription.

Teacherz may use AI for learning, content assistance, feedback, recommendations, analytics, automation and educational workflows. AI output may contain errors and should not automatically be treated as authoritative.

Users remain responsible for appropriate judgement, particularly for assessment, safeguarding, health, legal matters or other high-stakes situations.

You must not use Teacherz to violate law, impersonate others, access accounts without permission, bypass security, upload malicious code, scrape protected data, harass users, infringe intellectual property, misuse AI or communication tools, or interfere with platform operation. Teacherz may restrict, suspend or terminate access where misuse is detected.

Teacherz websites, platforms, software, course structures, text, graphics, videos, logos, interfaces and brand assets are owned by or licensed to CirqEd Dynamics Private Limited or the relevant rights holder. Use of Teacherz services does not grant ownership of that intellectual property.

Teacherz may rely on third parties for payments, video meetings, email and messaging, cloud infrastructure, analytics, authentication and AI capabilities. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Teacherz aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, internet disruption, third-party outages or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

Eligibility depends on the service and circumstances. The applicable rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Teacherz processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Assurance and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Teacherz and CirqEd Dynamics Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to access a service. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Teacherz may update these Terms as services, laws or business practices evolve. The latest version will be published here with an updated revision date.
