Privacy Assurance

Teacherz is an education brand of CirqEd Dynamics Private Limited. This Privacy Assurance explains how personal data may be collected, used, stored, protected and shared when you use Teacherz websites, courses, Learning Solutions, TeacherzOS, TeacherzApps, digital resources, subscriptions and related services.

Depending on the service, this may include name, email, telephone number, learner and responsible-adult details, class/curriculum/subject preferences, institution information, billing and transaction information, account data, support communications, course and subscription activity, learning progress, device/browser data, cookies and information voluntarily submitted through Teacherz services.

Teacherz does not intentionally collect more personal data than reasonably required for the relevant service.

We may use data to create and manage accounts; process enrolments and subscriptions; deliver courses and digital services; match learners with teachers where applicable; provide TeacherzOS and TeacherzApps; personalise learning; provide support; process payments; communicate service information; improve our Learning Solutions; prevent misuse and fraud; and meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.

Teacherz services may be used by children and school-age learners. Where required, Teacherz may obtain or rely upon consent or authorisation from a parent, guardian, responsible adult, school or institution. Teacherz aims to process learner information only for legitimate educational, operational and safety-related purposes.

Payments may be processed by authorised third-party providers. Teacherz may receive payment status, transaction identifiers and information needed to manage enrolment and access. Teacherz does not normally store complete card details where those details are processed directly by the payment provider.

TeacherzOS and TeacherzApps may process learning activity, course engagement, progress, assessments, communication, account activity and other information required for platform functionality. Access is controlled according to role, service and permissions.

Certain features may use AI for feedback, recommendations, analytics, content assistance or workflow support. Teacherz seeks to use personal information responsibly and only where appropriate for the service. Users should avoid submitting unnecessary confidential or sensitive information into open AI-input fields.

Teacherz may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance and measure content/service effectiveness. Users may manage cookies through browser settings where supported.

Limited personal data may be shared where necessary with payment processors, cloud/hosting providers, communications providers, classroom technology providers, analytics providers, authorised service providers, institutions administering a service, or authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Teacherz does not sell personal data as a standalone commercial product.

Personal data is retained only as reasonably required for the service, legitimate business purposes and applicable legal obligations. Transaction, tax, accounting or regulatory records may need to remain after account deletion.

Where deletion is available, eligible users may request permanent deletion. Data Teacherz is legally permitted to erase will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate; records required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or regulatory reasons may remain for the required period.

Teacherz uses reasonable technical, administrative and organisational safeguards to protect personal data. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure, and users are responsible for protecting their credentials and devices.

Subject to applicable law, users may have rights to access personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis, raise concerns about processing and seek grievance resolution.

Teacherz seeks to comply with applicable Indian privacy, cybersecurity and data-retention requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable to Teacherz's processing activities.
