Teacherz quality is governed as a system. The Doctrine defines identity and purpose; the Learning Design Rules translate that purpose into auditable constraints for pedagogy, assets, technology, directories, QA and parent-facing communication.
Quality is not personal judgement at the end of delivery. It is a governed system of standards, evidence, audit and controlled improvement.

Auditable Design Rules
Operational rules convert doctrine into constraints that pedagogy, content, product, platform and QA teams can test rather than interpret informally.

Learning-System QA
QA examines whether required functions such as diagnosis, retrieval, reinforcement, transfer, evidence and accountability are actually present across time and assets.

Educator & Delivery Consistency
Pedagogy lives in the system, not in a particular teacher’s undocumented style. Professional judgement remains important, but it operates within shared learning rules.

Change Control & Versioning
Changes require rationale, impact declaration, doctrine compliance, approval, versioning and—where appropriate—a rollback plan so improvement does not become uncontrolled drift.

Failure & Exception Governance
Errors, stagnation and exceptions are recorded rather than hidden. Repeated exceptions trigger system review; non-compliant assets or processes must be corrected or retired.
