At Teacherz, we are committed to delivering your physical products swiftly and safely. This policy applies to all physical products ordered through our platforms.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed successfully.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country and customs processing.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner's website. For any tracking issues, contact us at TeazReach@teacherz.org.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at TeazReach@teacherz.org with your order number and photos of any damage. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Digital Products

All digital products (eBooks, downloadable resources, course access, TeacherzVault resources) are delivered instantly via email or your Teacherz account upon successful payment. No physical shipping applies to digital orders.
