Flexibility with Accountability: Work That Works for You

That's why Teacherz offers a flexible, remote-friendly work model backed by clear structure and accountability.
🕐 Our Workday Framework:
- Start: 8:30 AM
- Breaks:
- Spark Break (10:30–10:45 AM)
- Fuel-Up Lunch (1:00–2:00 PM)
- Revive Break (4:30–4:45 PM)
- End: 7:00 PM
Work Hours: 9 hours including wellness breaks.
We focus on what gets done, not just when or where it's done. Whether you're at home, on site, or hybrid — you're expected to be present, productive, and collaborative.
📋 Leave Entitlements:
- Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Earned Leave
- Maternity, Paternity, and Bereavement Leave
- Emergency Leave (case-specific)
Time-off is encouraged when needed — because rest fuels performance.
Data Privacy & Confidentiality: Trust Is Our Tech Backbone
We handle sensitive information daily — and we treat it with care.
Whether it's student data, partner details, or internal insights, data privacy is non-negotiable. Every Teacherz must:
- Only use authorised tools and platforms (MS Teams, OneNote, SharePoint).
- Never share private data over unofficial channels.
- Report breaches or security concerns immediately to CirqIT.
Your responsibility? If it's private, treat it like gold.
