At Teacherz, we strive to provide you with top-quality digital learning solutions, online services, and physical learning solutions that cater to your educational needs. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure that your experience is as smooth as possible, no matter where you are.
Refunds
We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
- Digital Learning Solutions: Digital learning solutions, such as e-books and downloadable resources, are available immediately upon purchase and cannot be refunded once accessed or downloaded. However, if the learning solution is defective (e.g., incorrect file format, corrupted files), we'll issue a refund or provide a corrected version.
- Physical Learning Solutions: Physical learning solutions are refundable if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong learning solution was shipped to you. Refund requests for physical learning solutions must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Online Tutoring and Services: If you are dissatisfied with the online tutoring services or there were issues with service delivery (e.g., tutor unavailability), we will assess the situation. Refunds will be issued if the session was not delivered as per the agreed terms. Once a session is completed, it is non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact us at TeazReach@teacherz.org with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations
Plans change, and we understand that. Here's how cancellations work:
- Online Tutoring Sessions: You can cancel your tutoring session up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.
- Courses or Subscriptions: If you cancel a course or subscription before accessing any content, you will receive a full refund. Once any content is accessed, cancellation is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Physical Learning Solutions: Physical learning solution orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact TeazReach@teacherz.org immediately.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital content (e-books, downloadable materials, courses) is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Completed tutoring sessions are not eligible for refunds.
- Opened or used physical learning solutions are typically non-refundable unless defective.

We are always improving! Teacherz reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
