Our Intellectual Property

At Teacherz, a brand of CirqEd Dynamics Private Limited, all content published on our platforms — including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, course materials, lesson plans, worksheets, software, and digital tools — is the exclusive intellectual property of Teacherz or its licensed creators. All rights are reserved.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Teacherz content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • Use TeacherzVault resources you have purchased or downloaded, within the scope of your licence.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Teacherz courses, resources, or platform content.
  • Modify or create derivative works from Teacherz content without written permission.
  • Use Teacherz trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any commercial or promotional material.
  • Scrape, download, or systematically extract data from Teacherz platforms.

TeacherzVault Creator Content

Resources uploaded to TeacherzVault by approved creators remain the intellectual property of the original creator. By uploading to TeacherzVault, creators grant Teacherz a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute their content on the platform. Teacherz reserves the right to review and remove content that violates our quality or IP standards.

Reporting Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property has been used on Teacherz without authorisation, or if you see Teacherz content being used elsewhere without permission, please contact us immediately at ReguLex@cirqed.com. We take IP protection seriously and will act promptly.
