Teacherz is an education brand of CirqEd Dynamics Private Limited. Content, software, designs, course materials, resources, videos, graphics, interfaces, logos, brand elements and other intellectual property made available through Teacherz are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, Teacherz-owned content may not be copied, redistributed, modified, republished, sold or commercially exploited without prior written permission. This includes content associated with Teacherz, eAcademe, TeachCraft, TeacherzVault, EduBlueprint, TeacherzOS and TeacherzApps and related programmes, applications and brand assets.

The ® symbol is used here for these registered marks. Other names or identifiers of CirqEd Dynamics Private Limited may have separate registered or common-law rights. No person may use company marks in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or affiliation.

You may share links to Teacherz webpages, quote brief excerpts with appropriate attribution, use purchased or licensed TeacherzVault resources within the licence granted, and use Teacherz materials where explicit written permission or licence terms allow it.

You may not copy or redistribute paid courses or digital resources; resell Teacherz materials without authorisation; remove copyright or attribution notices; systematically scrape protected content; reproduce logos or brand assets commercially without permission; or create derivative commercial products from protected Teacherz content without authorisation.

Approved creators may retain ownership of their original resources. By submitting material to TeacherzVault, creators grant Teacherz the licence necessary to host, display, distribute, promote and facilitate access according to the applicable creator agreement. Creators must own or have permission to use all material they upload.

Users submitting content, feedback, reviews, messages or other materials remain responsible for ensuring their submission does not infringe third-party rights. Teacherz may remove content that appears to violate intellectual-property rights or applicable law.
