Knowing a subject and teaching it effectively are not the same. Teacherz expects educators to explain clearly, identify learner difficulty, question effectively and adapt support when understanding breaks down.
Communication
Teachers should create an environment where learners can ask, attempt, make mistakes and improve. Communication should be clear, respectful, age-appropriate and focused on learning.

Educators are matched to the subjects, levels, curricula or specialist programmes they are equipped to teach.

Teacherz does not use one misleading company-wide experience rule. Expectations vary according to the academic level, subject and specialist nature of the role.

Specialist examination teaching requires strong subject mastery, problem-solving pedagogy and experience appropriate to the examination and learner level.
Skills, Enrichment & Specialist Programmes
Requirements depend on the field. Relevant expertise, professional experience, teaching or coaching ability, or recognised domain competence may be more appropriate than a conventional school-teaching qualification.
