Role overview
Administer TeacherzOS platform operations for onboarded schools, plus general company operations — accounts, processes, and day-to-day administration. What you will own
- Run assigned operational workflows accurately, on time and with complete records.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams and close hand-off gaps before they affect customers or delivery.
- Maintain checklists, trackers, service levels and escalation paths for repeatable execution.
- Investigate exceptions, document root causes and improve the process rather than treating only the symptom.
- Prepare concise progress, capacity, risk and quality updates for the accountable lead.

Qualifications
- A degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience in operations, project coordination, administration, or a related discipline.
Essential criteria
- Experience requirement: 2+ years.
- Experience coordinating recurring operational work or complex projects.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through and written documentation.
- Comfort working across multiple teams, priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrable capability in Operations management.
- Demonstrable capability in Platform administration.
- Demonstrable capability in Attention to detail.

Probation (Your first 90 days)
The probation period is three months. Formal checkpoints normally take place around days 30 and 60 and before the end of month three. The Head of Operations records the evidence, decision and any agreed follow-up.
First 30 days
- Complete role, product, policy, safeguarding, privacy and security onboarding.
- Agree the role scorecard, working rhythm and immediate priorities with the Head of Operations.
- Review existing work, evidence, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations before proposing material change.
Days 31-60
- Own a defined workstream and deliver the first reviewed output against documented acceptance criteria.
- Establish a reliable reporting, quality-check and escalation cadence.
- Identify one recurring friction point and propose a measured improvement with an accountable owner.
Days 61-90
- Deliver an agreed priority outcome end to end and present evidence of quality and impact.
- Publish a practical forward plan with milestones, dependencies, risks and success measures.
- Demonstrate effective collaboration and complete the probation checkpoint with no unresolved mandatory training or access actions.
Evaluation criteria and successful completion
- Complete all mandatory onboarding, policy, safeguarding, privacy, security and role training assigned for the position.
- Deliver the first agreed role output against documented acceptance criteria and respond constructively to review feedback.
- Show credible, documented progress against the role's published success measures: Service levels are met; Operational errors decline; Handoffs are complete and traceable; Issues are resolved within agreed timeframes.
- Meet the role's standards for attendance, communication, collaboration, record keeping, judgement and timely escalation.
- Successful completion means the Head of Operations has recorded that the agreed milestones and role standards are met, with no unresolved critical performance, conduct, safeguarding or security concern. The decision and any follow-up actions are documented.

Working conditions and practical requirements
- Work arrangement: Full-time · Remote. Any required time-zone overlap is agreed before an offer is made.
